According to the GitHub page it fixes the broken screenshots patch and the broken �enable achievements with mods� patch. Port of SSE Engine Fixes from Skyrim SE for Skyrim VR. Go to pro.softvault.net for the SE mod. Engine Fixes is borderline mandatory. It's a very good mod that fixes a lot of issues with the game's engine. I once had saves get completely.
